1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the vipph22 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and vipph22 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the vipph22 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of vipph22 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of vipph22 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

vipph22 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at the sole discretion of vipph22. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously and employ age verification measures consistent with Philippine regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of vipph22, including placing wagers and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on vipph22. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipph22 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. vipph22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: vipph22 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account actions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

vipph22 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions on vipph22 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on vipph22 is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your vipph22 account instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank.
• vipph22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• vipph22 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one to forty-eight hours, subject to KYC verification status and the payment method selected.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within one to two hours once approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your account settings.
• vipph22 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vipph22 account holder.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vipph22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the bonus offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. vipph22 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Not all games on vipph22 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages for each game will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the vipph22 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. vipph22 is committed to providing a transparent and fair gaming environment for all Filipino players.

• Each game on vipph22 has its own specific rules, paytable, and Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Players are encouraged to review the in-game information panel before placing wagers.
• The minimum stake on vipph22 is ₱1 per game round, unless otherwise specified for a particular title.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, vipph22 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. If resolution is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with vipph22 games. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipph22 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on vipph22, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to fund your vipph22 account;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the vipph22 platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any vipph22 game or system;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the vipph22 platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vipph22 staff or other players;

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the vipph22 platform — including but not limited to game graphics, animations, audio, software, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of vipph22 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vipph22 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from vipph22 without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on vipph22 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the vipph22 platform;
• Use vipph22 content for any commercial purpose or for any public display.

Any unauthorized use of vipph22 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipph22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the vipph22 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on vipph22;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond vipph22's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance on information or content published on the vipph22 platform;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

vipph22 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

vipph22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

13. Amendments to Terms

vipph22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vipph22 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the vipph22 platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using vipph22 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the vipph22 support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. vipph22 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within ten business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
